It was such a great shame that we had to cancel the carnival this year – the first time in the many years it has been running. So a big sorry to all those who worked so hard before the event and were looking forward to taking part in the parade or on stalls and to all those who were looking forward to a day out. However, on Saturday 6th July at Bletchley Youth Centre, we are going to show off all the wonderful costumes and creations made for the Carnival. Do join us if you can.

Welcome to the summer edition of Open Door. This edition includes our Annual Report to residents summarising the Council’s activities over the past year and our statement of accounts. This year of course we have our Neighbourhood Plan in place as a statutory document and a reference point for any development plans. On that note, you will see that we are still very much involved in monitoring and challenging the proposed Salden Chase development.
