WEST BLETCHLEY COUNCIL

COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE WORKER

Salary: £23,541 TO£25,991

West Bletchley Council is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and community focussed individual to join the staff team based at the Council’s Community Resource Centre at the Frank Moran Centre, Melrose Avenue.

Serving a local population of over 22,000 residents, the Council is committed to working with partners and the local community to improve quality of life within the parish. A range of services and activities are delivered through the Centre which encourage community cohesion, tackle social isolation and provide information, guidance and support to our residents. The post holder will play a key role in the day to day running of the Centre and help to further extend the reach and range of services that are provided.  

Applicants will have a proven track record of delivering successful community initiatives, with a background in multi-agency working and community engagement. A strong commitment to the concept of continuous improvement is essential.

This appointment will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.

WEST BLETCHLEY COUNCIL

ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS OFFICER

Salary: £31,346 - £34,728

The post holder will be responsible for delivering projects and initiatives that support residents to value, improve, protect and enjoy the local environment.  

Applicants must have highly developed project management skills with a proven track record of developing and delivering a range of environmental projects.  

A strong commitment to the concept of continuous improvement is essential as is previous experience of work within local government.

This appointment will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.
