Introducing our winners who were nominating due to their hard work in the MK3 community

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 -- 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫-𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡

Alison is a dedicated volunteer who goes above and beyond to create engaging activities for cadets. Not only does she support and motivate cadets to excel, but she also provides invaluable support to fellow volunteers. Alison takes the lead in First Aid, Sports, and DofE, benefiting the local community, and manages the squadron's involvement in the annual West Bletchley Carnival.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 -- 𝐆𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬

Gavin is a dedicated leader who meticulously plans and publishes the training programme to maximise cadets' growth and achievements. Under his guidance, cadets not only enjoy their time but also gain valuable experience and qualifications. Gavin leads in Presentation Skills, Road Marching, and Leadership, benefiting the local community.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨 -- 𝐉𝐢𝐦 𝐑𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐲

Jim, a dedicated volunteer in the West Bletchley Community, has been instrumental in supporting various causes even after his retirement. From the Sensory Garden to the West Bletchley Shed and Tudor Rose Goldwings, Jim's commitment knows no bounds. Whether it's tidying and preparing the Sensory Garden for Britain in Bloom or building a ramp for a wheelchair-bound woman at the West Bletchley Shed, Jim ensures success. He also ensures the representation of Tudor Rose Goldwings at the West Bletchley Carnival.

𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 -- 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐲’𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐓𝐀 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩

Claire and Karen selflessly support Abbeys Primary school, enhancing the educational experience through their time and efforts. They assist with organising events, managing uniforms, and working directly with children. Their unwavering support and valuable ideas make them invaluable team members, helping the school achieve its goals.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 -- 𝐊𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧

Kyle, a remarkable individual, is awarded for his outstanding engagement with the Youth Network and Bletchley Youth Centre. For 5 dedicated years, Kyle volunteered at the Junior Club while also attending the Seniors Club. Kyle actively engages with the community through a Saturday warm hub sessions, forming genuine connections with attendees. From organising dog walks to engaging in conversations with local elderly community members, Kyle's impact is profound.
