West Bletchley Carnival, with a Disney theme, was a magical event that brought joy to thousands! As the parade arrived, the Carnival ground came alive with a plethora of activities. From the thrilling jet simulator from PSW Events Ltd and Fragers gaming bus to the Milton Keynes Play Association (MKPA)  creative crafts to Lennie the Land Train and enchanting fairground rides, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

We were thrilled to see the increased participation of community stalls and charity groups this year. Their presence added a special community touch to the event, fostering a sense of togetherness and support.

The West Bletchley Carnival was truly a spectacle to behold, with two incredible main arena acts that left us in awe! The first act, Above and Beyond, wowed the crowd with their breathtaking high wire act. Their display of strength and skill was nothing short of spectacular. We were thankful that the rain held off, allowing us to witness their mesmerising performance.

The second act, Pastiche Worldwide took us on a journey of illusion, fire breathing, and trickery. Their captivating show kept us on the edge of our seats, wondering what they would do next. The audience was enthralled by their remarkable talents and showmanship.

But the entertainment didn't stop there! Pastiche also offered children the opportunity to try their hand at circus skills. This hands-on experience allowed the young ones to get a taste of what it would be like to be a part of the circus. It was a fantastic way to engage and inspire the next generation of performers.

Despite the rain, the West Bletchley Carnival was a true celebration of community spirit, as local groups showcased their incredible talents. We were thrilled to have a dance group MAPA School of Dancing, and a martial arts group, Inspired Martial Arts Milton Keynes, take the stage and captivate the audience with their performances. The dance group brought energy and grace to the event, dazzling us with their choreography and synchronized moves. Their passion for dance was evident, and they truly brought the stage to life with their performance.

The martial arts group impressed us with their discipline and skill. Their demonstration of martial arts techniques showcased their dedication and hard work. It was inspiring to see the focus and precision they exhibited during their performance and added a special touch to the West Bletchley Carnival and highlighted the diverse talents within our community.

We also want to say thank you to the community for not being deterred by the rain. Instead, the rain was embraced as part of the experience, and everyone had a fantastic time despite the weather.
